Website and Membership Terms

These terms apply to the Full Card Reports website, free educational materials, email list, sample reports, paid membership, and daily reports.

Informational analysis only

Reports are opinions and informational analysis. They are not financial advice, wagering instructions, or guarantees of any outcome, payout, or profit. You remain solely responsible for every wagering decision and for complying with age, location, and operator requirements.

Free report access

Joining the free report list does not start a subscription and does not require a credit card. Report invitations, posting times, track availability, and included reports may change.

Paid membership and recurring billing

Paid membership is not currently open. Before checkout opens, the price, renewal schedule, included access, and cancellation terms will be shown clearly. Joining the free list never starts a paid subscription.

Online cancellation, billing help, and access-removal controls must be tested before paid membership opens. Joining the free list creates no paid account, charge, renewal, or cancellation obligation.

Report schedule and availability

Track availability depends on authorized racing data, scheduled cards, cancellations, weather, technical conditions, and provider access. A subscription does not guarantee that every racetrack or report will be available every day. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, comply with data rights, correct an error, or complete maintenance.

Permitted use

You may use reports for your personal handicapping and evaluation. You may not republish, resell, scrape, systematically download, reverse engineer, share access credentials or private report links, or use the service to build a competing product.

Proprietary and third-party rights

The Full Card Reports software, presentation, reports, and proprietary analysis are protected materials. Racing-data providers, racetracks, wagering operators, and other third parties retain their respective data and trademark rights.

Availability and liability

The website and report service are provided “as is” and may contain errors, interruptions, or incomplete information. To the extent permitted by law, Full Card Reports disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for wagering losses, lost profits, unavailable races, data-provider delays, or decisions made using a report.
