This notice explains how Full Card Reports handles information collected through this site.

Information we collect

When you join the Full Card Reports email list or paid membership, we collect the contact and account information you submit, the source of the signup, subscription status, report-access records, and basic technical records needed to secure and operate the site. Payment-card information is handled by the payment processor and is not stored directly by Full Card Reports.

How we use it

We use contact information to send report-availability notices, service updates, educational information, and support responses; to understand interest in the service; to protect the site; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

GoHighLevel may be used for contact records, forms, email, membership access, support, and subscription automation. Stripe or another disclosed payment provider processes payment information. Hosting, security, analytics, and storage providers may process only the information required to perform their services.

Retention and choices

We keep email-list records while they are needed for the purposes above or until you ask us to remove them. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion, email mgr@fullcardreports.com.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical controls, but no online service can promise absolute security. Proprietary race-card source files are kept separate from customer-facing reports.
