We have customer representatives available Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time. They will be happy to answer any questions that you may have in the order that they are received with the exception of any subscribers that may be having trouble accessing the member's page.
Anyone that has trouble accessing the member's page will be helped before all other emails and we are sure that you would want that priority if you were in the same position.
Whenever writing us, please be sure to use the following guidelines so we can best support your case. We have included any troubleshooting suggestions, so please use the one that best fits your case. :
- You must Write from the email address that is associated with your PayPal account on file. Please include any additional email addresses you may have used while being a subscriber to our services.
- Please include the full name that was used when you subscribed.
- Please include your current User ID.
- Please note : Recent upgrades have changed user id's and some passwords for some subscribers. Plus, sometimes subscribers join numerous times throughout the year and may use different email addresses so they were provided with user id's that do not match what we have on hand at the moment.
- Do you have a monthly subscription, 3 month subscription or a 12 month subscription? Or was there some special terms worked out with you during the subscribing process?
- Do you recall the last payment amount that you made? Or the date? Again, that could just be an approximate and it could help us quite a bit.
- Please provide any other information that you think may help us figure this out quickly.
Always provide us with your full name and write us from the email that you used when you subscribed to our service via Pay Pal. That will ensure us that we are conversing with the actual subscriber and not someone who has come across your name and is writing from their own email address to obtain your user id and password. We will look up that information each and every time that we write you back to verify the actual subscriber.
If you are writing us after business hours then we will try to get back to you as quickly as possible the next day. Clearly state what the problem is since telling us sometimes that "it's not working" is not enough information to help you and will require us to contact you and delay the process.
If you are not a subscriber and just have a simple question then feel free to write from any email address that you choose but again, try to be specific and we will give you the best possible answer that we can with the information you have provided us.
