- You can use the strategies on this page as examples of how an average player would
put together a 10 cents superfecta ticket. Feel free the use the Exotic Wagering Calculator (Version 2)
to put together different wagers of your choice.
- In the following examples number 1 represents your "single key" horse which is found in Group A (top 4 picks).
Numbers 2,3,4 comprise the rest of Group A. Numbers 5,6,7 represent the Group B
(picks 5,6,7) horses.
- 2 key horses with 4 others. Example: $0.10 Superfecta:
1,2 / 1,2,3,4,5,6 / 1,2,3,4,5,6 / 1,2,3,4,5,6
Bets: 120 Total: $12
- 2 key horses with 5 others we will take the 2 keys over
Group A in the second slot. Then all of Group A and B in the third and fourth slot.
Example: $0.10 Superfecta:
1,2 / 1,2,3,4 / 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 / 1,2,3,4,5,6,7
Bets: 120 Total: $12
- 2 key horses with 6 others we will take the 2 keys over
Group A in the second slot. Then all of Group A and B in the third and fourth slot.
Then add the 8th horse to the fourth slot.
Example: $0.10 Superfecta:
1,2 / 1,2,3,4 / 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 / 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
Bets: 150 Total: $15
- 2 key horses with 7 others we will take the 2 keys over
Group A in the second slot. All of Group A and B in the third and fourth slot.
Then add the 8 and 9 horses to the fourth slot.
Example: $0.10 Superfecta:
1,2 / 1,2,3,4 / 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 / 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9
Bets: 180 Total: $18
- 2 key horses with 8 others we will take the 2 keys over
Group A in the second slot. All of Group A and B in the third and fourth slot.
Then add the 8,9 and 10 horses to the fourth slot.
Example: $0.10 Superfecta:
1,2 / 1,2,3,4 / 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 / 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
Bets: 210 Total: $21
- 2 key horses with 9 others we will take the 2 keys over
Group A in the second slot. All of Group A and B in the third and fourth slot.
Then add the 8,9,10 and 11 horses to the fourth slot.
Example: $0.10 Superfecta:
1,2 / 1,2,3,4 / 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 / 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11
Bets: 240 Total: $24
- In races where you have 2 key horses with 10 others we will take the 2 keys over
Group A in the second slot. All of Group A and B in the third and fourth slot.
Then add the 8,9,10,11 and 12 horses to the fourth slot.
Example: $0.10 Superfecta:
1,2 / 1,2,3,4 / 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 / 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12
Bets: 270 Total: $27
